Well of course, I have to start off this post with the following:
1. God Mode. I'm a builder. Not a great builder, but I enjoy it. God mode would be great, and it's something I would be happy to pay extra for.
If no God Mode, maybe God-like armor that would protect a player from mobs, but not players?
2. Extended reach. As a builder it would be great to set blocks further than the current "reach" a player has.
3. Water breathing. It would be great to have this. Without conduit, or the materials for conduit in the /shop, it's virtually impossible to build any sizable structure under water. This could be a water-breathing helmet, (a clear glass block for example that could be worn as a helmet), or it could be an enchanted book that would allow this perk on a regular helmet.
